If you are using the Webmail I encourage you to check out the Options to modify the look and behavior of the webmail system. If you have problems with a graphic saying "Unsafe Image" where you would expect a picture in your email then go to the Options/Unsafe Image Rules and click on the 'Trust All Sources' box and then save. If you don't like the split view where emails are listed above and the contents of an email is shown below then go into Options and Preferences and turn off the "Show Message Preview Pane" option. Be sure to play with the other options if they make sense to you. We have set up the default settings to emulate Outlook but you can change a lot of things to completely change its behavior and looks. Try a different Theme for a different color scheme. Once you have made the changes to the options you have to press the 'Refresh Options' link or log out and log into the webmail again to make the changes take effect. |
