To access Site Builder you need to have an account on one of our newer servers and of course all new sites will be on our newest server.
You can only use Site Builder with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5+
In the near future we will be able to use FireFox and Safari but not yet.
Go to your website on our server at http://www.yourwebsite.com/zen
Log in with your username and password.
That's it nice and simple.
Of course you can always get to it through the DirectAdmin control panel if you forget the zen part of your website address.
